Mount Farm Surgery has worked with Silver Monkey since 2015, when they helped us to create our surgery branding and previous website. We have always found the team to be highly responsive when we've needed assistance, so we had no hesitation in using them more recently when we took the decision to invest in a completely new website. We were keen to move away from the 'template-based' websites that many GP surgeries use, so that we had something that was unique to us and easy for patients to navigate, whilst still adhering to NHS England guidance. The team guided us through the whole experience, taking on board the things that were important to us and our patients, and we are really delighted with the end result. We've asked our patients for feedback on the new website, and this has been overwhelmingly positive, with many of them commenting on how user-friendly and easy to navigate it is.

Working with Silver Monkey was a flawless experience from beginning to end. Andy phoned me, initially, and we discussed my needs for a modern, reactive website that would showcase my soon-to-be-published young adult sci-fi novel, and also my composing activities. Work soon started, and as the weeks ticked by, I was shown updates of the website's progress. I was allowed to input my own ideas, and these were implemented without any fuss. There was a lot of work to do, for I have an extensive back catalogue of compositions that I wanted showcased, but this was no problem, and Silver Monkey did all they could to accommodate my wishes. They even went the extra mile and did some free work on my book cover to bring it into line with my requirements. Ten out of ten for a professional and courteous service. Maintenance and advice is ongoing, which is worth its weight in gold. When the site was finished, I was passed over to Matt, who clued me up on how the website would work, and how to add extra products. I was even able to contact him out of hours for advice. I felt in safe hands throughout the experience, and would certainly use Silver Monkey again for website design or marketing services. Thank you Silver Monkey for building me such a cool website!
